Today Zane came out to clean the solar panels. He did an amazing job!!! Upon arrival, he inspected the inverters and associated hardware. I told him that I had recently changed internet providers and could not get one of the inverters to connect to the new wireless network (for monitoring purposes). He corrected the issue in a manner of minutes! He told me there would be no charge for this service but I insisted on paying something, so he added a nominal fee, much less than I would have paid th

Zane came out did a thorough inspection to determine why my inverter was showing a fault. The problem would cost more than 4000.00 to repair. Austin energy pays so little for PV production that it would take more than 5 years to recover the repair cost. On a system that is already 12 years old. Hard to justify. Sad that Austin energy is so short sighted in their treatment of the producers that save them from having to build out new capacity.

Luis the Tech had to come back to my house to see why the Inverter was not communicating to my Internet. Took awhile. Job well done.
