My experience with Energy Ray was very pleasant. They came out and addressed my original concern regarding my electrical issue in my fuse box that we thought was related to the Solar System. This was last year's sometime. Then a few month ago we had leak under one of the Solar Panels and contacted them asking questions regarding removing the panels. Claire was on top of it all and gave me some great advise. Unfortunately ADT Solar did not hire them to remove the panels and fix the issue undernea

No matter how good a repairer is, most of the solar groups are scams and rip offs. EnergyRey was not our original service provider because Lonestar Solar didn't have an electrician to fix our issues. We didn't have heat/ac or a stove for over a month due to their lack of being able to fix our issues. To me, solar is a scam so do not fall for it.

On November 14th I got a call from Issac a technician from EnergyRey. He informed me he was scheduled to come out and service my solar equipment the next day. Sadly my husband had passed the day before. Issac was so kind and respectful to my situation . He managed to take care of the whole system problem without any distractions for me to deal with. Isaac and Nathan were excellent to work with and helped explain the functionality of my system. In addition, they went above and beyond to teach a 68 year old how to use her phone and app. I would highly recommend them as they drove all the way to San Angelo to help.
