Very straightforward sales approach. It is a long process with design approvals by TEP, but Trace, our salesmen stay with us through the whole process. Trace set the right expectations we enjoy no electric bill, CLEAN, renewable energy NO maintenance, silent system. Shout out to Karl in Customer service for coordinating crews and roofer because of our tile roof. Other vendors didn't want to touch it.

SolarGain was great to work with. I've literally turned away dozens of people at my door wanting to sell me solar panels, and even signed 1 contract and then cancelled it. Conversely, the product I purchased from SolarGain with the latest solar panels and inverters for each panel and an app for my iphone which clearly shows energy consumption versus production on a daily basis is wonderful. I believe they do have a superior product and it was great working with the sales and installation team. T
