Nikki-Senior Project Coordinator has been great with communication, keeping us informed on the installation process. However, our salesperson from Palmetto Energy was less than honest with us.

Will box was my sales rep and went over everything Nikki was my handler she went out of her way to take care of all my questions and needs. Most impressive of all we had issues connecting as there was alot we needed to go over throughout the process so i asked if she could just text me and we communicate that way through the entire process it was grea

Our Main Panel Upgrade was completed on Tuesday the crew did a great job. Karen my Project Coordinator did a fine job communicating with me.
