This was my second time using them and once again, they came through! Great customer service on the phone with Justin or Josh (sorry, can’t remember his name). Then Zack came out and took care of the clogged tub drain. My services were included in my membership, which I signed up for today, and saved me a couple hundred bucks. Membership is only $19.95. Smiths is top notch!!

Austin and Sean were great! They came out to do a reroute on my lines, and I’ve got to say-these guys were the real deal. They showed up ready to work, knew exactly what they were doing, and handled the job like two true pros. They kept the house clean even while cutting into walls. They were spotless in their cleanup and put all furniture back the way it was when they got there. Definitely would call them back out if we have any more issues.

My experience with Smith Plumbing was excellent from start to finish. I am so glad I came after them and will use them for future projects. From the initial phone call, Justin was kind, understanding, and courteous. Zac was dispatched to my house the next day, made a thorough assessment, and explained all of my options well. Caleb and JD responded to fix the actual issue. They were on time, efficient, and provided me updates along the way. Everyone I interacted with was such a blessing.

The technician was very professional and well knowledgeable. He came in on time was polite and got the job done quickly. I have to say, their customer service is top notch — very good! I highly recommend them and have switched from other services to this company. I also recommend their membership plan because it can save you a boatload of money in the long run.

He found the leak the other plumber could not find. He was kind, respectful, informative, and diligent in taking care of the leak. He even found a second leak that we were not aware existed. He was great!
