My son decided to stick a whole bar of soap in my toilet a day prior, I went online to look for a plumber and he was the first recommendation, Once i called and made an appt, he was very patient and kind over the phone told me my appt was between 1-2 and he was here at 1:15, he helped get the soap from clogging the toilet he was out of here by 1:35. Reached out to Mr. Otis about a plumbing issue which ended in me needing new pipes, and I got it for a reasonable price. He had a young man working with him named Cortaryus I believe he goes by the name Twin I just want to thank him for his service the work he done was very exceptional and I am very satisfied.
