I went in around 9 AM spoke with Kevin with an emergency gate issue, and by 1 PM my fence was fully repaired with new hinges, proper alignment, and the drop rod fixed. Once they understood that I have a mostly nonverbal child with autism and that the broken gate was a real safety concern, they made every effort to help quickly.
