Had an issue with a broken sprinkler line that JR Fencing damaged. The problem revealed itself almost one year after the fence installation. I called Jose and without argument or excuses he sent a sprinkler guy to my home within 2 weeks to repair the damage. A real professional who stands by his work. There is nothing better in customer service than someone who has the integrity to do the right thing and stand by his work
