Very happy with their work. From the first visit for consultation and estimate, to the updates on work dates, to the work itself. It was ALL done so very professionally. No pressure tactics. Given estimates and options on what work is needed, and what can wait down the road. Not to mention help with financing the project. Would and will highly recomend Smart Foundation to anyone looking to have foundation work done.

Smart Foundation takes precise measurements to determine what is needed and more measurements during pier istallation to verify results. Solved all my internal structural problems: newer kitchen casement window now aligns and seals shut, closed up the gaping wall cracks, doors no longer 'swinging south' (stay where put).
