Over all we were very pleased with the service provided by the Grant Renne. They provided some innovated ideas to fix our foundation problems. The crew of Fernando and Daniel were prompt, respectful of property, efficient and clean. Also they explained the process as they did the necessary work. Hopefully future work will not be necessary , but if so, we would call Grant Renne again.

I’ve hired Grant Renne for both yard grading and the installation of several foundation piers. It is a very customer-oriented business. Mark Keys is the primary contact who evaluates the project and recommends solutions. I appreciate his direct and clear advice. He is also not the type to pressure you into a project - he does not “up sell” and is conscious of the cost to the customer. The crews that perform the work are equally considerate and capable. Strongly recommended.

I actually did not hire Grant Renne for services at my house, as they were booked out a while and i was in need of more immediate assistance. That being said, they took the time to answer some other questions i had about other quotes I received and explained their opinion in a helpful way. I found it really admirable they were willing to spend a few minutes to help someone (when they were clearly very busy) that wasn’t going to be paying them money any time in the next couple months. Hired these guys to repair my parent's driveway. They gave me a very fair estimate and did wonderful work. Definitely add them to your good contractor list! Mike was a pleasure to work with and my 93 year old dad loved showing him his bird houses he builds😊

While I cannot speak to the actual work process, I was very impressed by their free inspection. Mark came out to look at my retaining wall that had collapsed and gave an estimate. But what really amazed me was he actually recommended using a different contractor who would use decorative stones that would do the same job (for a lower price since I am a first time home owner with limited funds) vs the longer and more expensive process for sealing stone together and rebuilding my fourteen foot long
