You enter through the back; the people are very nice and friendly. I would return to this place. It's a quick unloading service. They come out and cut the seal. You have to disconnect the trailer from the truck, open the doors, and they tell you which door to leave the box at. You wait there until the light turns green. Inside, there's an intercom; you touch it, and they open the door for you to enter the warehouse. The parking lot is very large. They open at 7 am, no overnight service.
