Mismeasured the window blind depth for the blinds. Adjusting rods for the blinds have fallen out and can’t be solidly reattached . The Somfi shade hasn’t worked properly since installation. After numerous phone calls and emails no one has replied. Very poor customer service.

BEWARE! After paying $15000 up front (our mistake) Don installed very damaged shutters, said they would be quick and easy to repair after installation, then ghosted us when we followed up repeatedly to get the repairs done. We even used a second email and cell phone number to get him to respond to us, which he did immediately, thinking we were a new customer reaching out. Then he said he would get to us right away to repair the damage, then ghosted us again. Now we have to hire another company
