Alan was outstanding. He was very efficient and friendly. He made some necessary adjustments to a factory setting, and then explained everything in operating the blinds. He is an excellent ambassador for your company. Our experience with Stoneside was excellent from start to finish. Sarah was my designer and I felt she did a great job of going over options and asking questions to help understand the project and guide my decisions. Alan came out to install the product and was prompt and professional and did a great job. The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is because we initially came to an agreement on the price for the project, but when I got to the financing part she tried to walk it back and say she could not give me the price we’d agreed on. I was told the compute
