This company was the worst possible choice for mitigation. They will stretch this process out for weeks and charge you an arm and a leg for it. Servpro wasted our time showing up to the wrong address twice. I just want to know say we had Jose and Jesus here working on our house for the last few days. They’re very good at what they do. Everything was done carefully and they never left a single mess. I appreciated them. They were friendly. They were clean. They were courteous nothing was broken. Nothing was disturbed. Everything was as it should be when they left. If I ever had to do work again I would definitely ask for Jose and Jesus.!! A job well done they both deserve a huge raise!!!
