My review is 2 fold. I recently had a copper water line burst in my basement and when I filed my claim with Allstate, they dispatched my claim to my employer, Rainbow Restoration. It was cool how they separated the claim from my department so I was not involved in the process. It was stressful enough and me not being involved was needed for my sanity. They were very responsive and did a wonderful job drying out damaged property after flooding. They communicated throughout the process and also coordinated with insurance to make the process easier in terms of billing. I would highly recommend this company.
