Back in February we had a faulty dishwasher that caused damage to my kitchen and some water in my basement. The team that loaded out and back in after our basement flooded were awesome and professional and would give them 10 stars if I could - the guys who came and did the flood cuts and dried the place out and ripped up the flooring were the best - and that is where the good review ends. Pipe froze and burst flooding the basement the week before Christmas displacing a person living in the finished basement. Since it was so close to the holidays I agreed to stick with Service Master for the re build
