After weeks of repeated follow-up and attempts to work with this company, I am at my wit's end. I simply cannot get them to communicate their intentions or deliver on their promises. It took them a week to schedule mitigation, then they rescheduled themselves from a Monday to a Tuesday without asking me if I could accommodate that with my work.
