Several items that the inspector looked at were not up to code and were not flagged on the report. When I had tradesmen come out to fix the issue, each said "a home inspector didn't call this out?" I have filed a customer complaint with Semper Fi twice, each time I was told that I would be contacted by the owner, and nothing has happened. No call, no email, no follow up. Don't let the Veteran owned business angle fool you, give your money to a more reliable business.
