GreenScene Inspections are awesome! I’ve had both Luis and Tracey, both are equally great. They take time to explain issues, make the client understand what is grandfathered and what the priorities are. They will take time to show you any issues you don’t understand, and the video is amazing for clients to go back and review.

Incredible job by Tracy. Very thorough inspection with lots of photos and videos. Written and video report to go with it. Would absolutely recommend Green Scene.
