Only a 1 because negative numbers don't exist. Try pay by phone and you get the same menu to pay the bill in a loop. Never takes you to the payment platform. Just wants you to talk to the lady that is NEVER helpful and is rude. They don't take cash payment anywhere unlike SRP and APS. What a joke to stay connected. More outages than service in the summer.

The people in the office are nice, but the problem is the power goes out very often, even from a light rain. The power poles and lines, look super old and not properly maintained. Their equipment is shabby, and it seems they scimp on maintenance...

Awful customer service. I even spoke to a higher up and they hung up on me. I have my bills emailed to me. I did not know about the disconnection fee. I called many times paying off my bill and none of the employees told me about that, they just took my payment and got a reference number. I was trying to ask if I can pay that my next bill and they said it was my fault because I don’t have an updated P.O. Box informing me about the fee.
