The company has a lot of outages, but I would rate their service as "average", but their online hub (Smarthub) is a joke. Filled it out accurately, yet after trying to log-in several times, couldn't log-in. Fix it before you solicit business for it!

I moved to Casa Grande in 2021 and since day one I always had a great experience with this company and they provide the service I am looking for. Recently I had a payment issue due to a change on my checking account number and the payment team, was amazing in helping me to solve this issue. I think they deserve 5 stars not because I never had a problem since 2021 but how they helped solve my payment issue. Now I am sure they care about people, this is how I see a good company. When they go bey
