Roto-Rooter to the rescue!! I attempted to upgrade/replace my Mom's kitchen faucet, and it wasn't working out for me like it was in the videos I watched. I called for emergency service because water was leaking from spots that I was not prepared for. I called around 9pm, and was given a two hour window for a technician to come. Came out to repair a few toilets at my work office. Techs showed up on time, were clean and knowledgeable. Repaired everything in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Seemed expensive for what it was, but what isn’t nowadays.
