Had a great experience with Catons today. I found a water leak from my hose bib and the shutoff too, both original to the house. My plumber got it all fixed up dealing with a small work space and a weird configuration from the builder. It took a lot of problem solving and persistence, and I’m very happy with the results. The past two weeks I’ve been having an issue with the drain for my washing machine backing up, I called Catons, the first guy that came out didn’t even observe the water backing up, nor did he fully test to ensure it was clear after saying he snaked the drain. The second guy also didn’t run a full cycle, and only ran it on small load, so there wasn’t as much water going down the drain.
