We had our deck waterproofing done by this company over a year and a half ago, at which time the owner (Ramon) and his workers assured us they would provide us with the 5 year warranty certificate; however after all this time we have still been unable to get any proof of a warranty from him, and now he does not respond to calls or texts. We spent a small fortune for this company to waterproof the side of our house and basement last year. After the first big rain, the basement was flooded again. Now, the company doesn't answer the phone or return any of our calls. Extremely unprofessional company, and we feel totally swindled.
