I eventually didn’t need to get any work done on the foundation, but he was very honest and told me everything with full transparency about the work he does, the follow up on it, and just general advice about foundation work. I would gladly in the future give him my business if I ever need foundation work. Seems to have many decades of experience too from what I can tell when I talked to him several times over the phone.

I set up an appointment with Peter to have my foundation checked and to get an estimate for retrofitting. He was very helpfull and checked out my foundation and said it was in ok shape and that the retro fitting had already been done. He did not charge me for the visit and was very helpfull.
