Always get a call back right away. Understand that same day service isn’t always possible, especially late in the day, but Sean will let us know when to expect him the next day if that’s the case and walk us through anything we can do on our end over the phone to get by those few hours. Tried to call and get help. Told me they would call me back to schedule an appointment. I got called and told “we aren’t taking new accounts right now so we cannot help” I think they should update their website or something cause that was very wasteful of my time.
