Outstanding service. Sam was great to work with. My Sub-Zero freezer stopped working after a power outage, and I was really stressed after another company gave me a very high estimate with possible additional repairs. Sam took the time to review pictures, the serial number, and details about the issue before coming, so he arrived prepared with the correct part already in hand. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the motherboard, and had the freezer working again within about 30 minutes.
