We had to use Regional Foundation and Crawlspace repair on a home we closed on. Not only did they let the Wake County permit expire they also never scheduled required inspections to confirm work was done properly. They had the nerve to say it would be $200 to transfer the warranty to the new owner. Terrible communication, supervision and project oversight.
