Had the pleasure of meeting Joe Crocker and another technician Josh today. They come out and did an inspection on work done in October 2022. Everything looks good. He did adjust some jacks and reassured me everything was fine. Very professional very easy to talk to friendly. Pleasure doing business with people like this. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend this business less. We had support work done by this company in our crawl space about 3 years ago. Communication was difficult then but the project got completed. We were recently looking for the engineer letter from the project and couldn’t find it (on us for not checking that sooner). We reached out to Tar Heel and were told an engineer never came out though we knew one did. Engineer came out again and told us they did come out and told Tar Heel something needed to be adjusted
