Ray is an Air Force veteran who was courteous, friendly, expeditious, meticulous, and took the time to explain what he was doing as he serviced our 20 year old gas fireplace. The unit runs better than ever and it was truly a pleasurable experience working with Ray.

Ray fixed my fireplace last year and this year when it wouldn’t turn on he walked me through how to do it over the phone. Truly appreciated the amazing customer service and honesty because he didn’t have to do that and that saved me a service call and $$!!
