Pristine windows is open by appointment only. Call the number, same day appointments are often available. I came here looking for a better price on Marvin windows and I found it. Other places have huge markups and treat you like a leper if you walk in with a 2 or 3 window order. Sorry man, my house is fine and I am only redoing one room so I don't need to order 25 windows today. Pristine saw me last minute, showed me just what I wanted and took the order with no issues. Delivery date is 4 months

I recently contacted Claudia about some issues regarding Fleetwood door/window screens which don't fit. Though my purchase was done 5 years ago, she responded promptly and offered as much help as she could.
