We've had this company clean our windows multiple times in the past with good results, so the trust was there. We had them come out 2 weeks ago to clean our newly installed windows and when we came home 3 screens were bent, and there were multiple windows that were scratched and not clean. We went back and forth getting someone back to the house to fix the issues, and had to land on a Saturday AM due to scheduling.
