Tim is the ultimate home inspector. The builders hate when he shows up. If it is not installed correctly, broken, out of code, he will find it, no matter how small. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and I will hire him in again the future.

Prism home inspections was an amazing experience for me. Tim was very thorough and talked though any issues we had while he was going through the inspection. The layout for the summary of the inspection is also very easy to use and the pictures he takes are great and show any issue that he finds. I will definitely be using Prism again in the future.
