This company has worked for me twice, on two residentials, in the Bullhead City and Fort Mohave areas. The inspector was quick getting back to me, thorough in his inspections, and saved me a lot of money when he inspected the first house. It had so many hidden faults that needed fixing that I withdrew my offer on that property. The second one was pretty solid and my offer is pending. It's nice doing business with someone who gives you honest feedback, even if it isn't what you want to hear.
