Their crew was extremely careful around our extensive landscaping, given the amount of materials and equipment in the yard I was very impressed with that. We had some water damage issues (from a prior overflowing Leafgaurd gutter, never use them!) which we thought would be the case so we had mentioned that during the initial consultation. On Saturday May 30 I had a service call about the lights being out on my deck that Platinum Decking built for me. The person came on time, fixed the lights and stapled some of the wires to under my deck so the problem will not happen again. I am very happy with Platinum Decking of Naperville and glad I had them install my deck 2 years ago.
