All about the money with these guys

Service, communication and responsive have gone downhill a measurable and consistent amount the past 5 years. We are switching servicing companies mid-season. Opened pool with salt cell blinking and they still haven’t replaced, didn’t return 3 emails but when I asked to pay for a chemical balance I received a call back in 30 minutes. All they want to do is sell an add-on service not fix root causes of substandard pool performance. There are so many better family owned companies in Lake Coun
