We bought our hot tub from them 9 years ago. Their sales department is of course on the ball. Happy to do whatever they can to take your money and get a sale. When it comes to service that’s another story. We’ve had multiple occasions over the years to get serviced. Their service department does not answer the phone. All you can do is leave a voicemail. They must not even listen to it. We’ve been leaving messages daily since last week with no return call. Unfortunately, this seems to be their MO
