My alarm system was installed incorrectly, and I missed the 60-day warranty window to have it fixed. The door sensors are misaligned — one is mounted on the door itself and the other on the door trim, so they don't line up properly. As a result, the alarm frequently shows the door as open even when it's closed.

Paid for a Starlink installation and they misaligned it by 18 degrees in one direction and 7 degrees in the other. Their customer support email doesn't work anymore and says to call. When calling, they refused to fix the issue and told me to take it up with Starlink. Would not recommend.
