Liaison has been great taking care of me and any issues we have had with our system. These systems are very complicated and aren't plug and play, so there will be some issues. You have to live with the system for a bit to set up the proper scenes and triggers for those scenes (this takes time). I would recommend to purchase as many "smart switches" you can afford because in the end you will want them. When any issues do arise I reach out to Shelby or Ryan and they are VERY responsive. We have been using Liaison for several years; they are knowledgeable, responsive and always willing to help. They are not inexpensive, but if you want a wonderful home system they are well worth it.
