We had a wonderful experience with Novak. The scheduling process was very efficient. Nick was our technician. He was incredibly efficient, polite and thorough. He diagnosed our issues and offered us helpful hints to keep our unit healthy. After Nick finished, our fireplace looks and performs like new. I highly recommend Novak.

Professional, clean, honest, and reasonably priced. Fixed the problem without having to replace anything, which he could have easily done and charge us an extra $200 for it, but was honest instead. Made sure to cover our carpet while cleaning, vacuumed the inside of the fireplace, and rearranged our logs very nicely. Highly recommend!!
