I have been here twice so far - first to buy a new gas fireplace and then for a gas grill. John and his team are awesome!!! Always helpful, doesn’t try to oversell and helps you make the best decisions to fit your needs. And if you have any problems (like my pilot went out on my fireplace and I didn’t know how to get it lit again) just stop in - John will help and he even had me take a video of the process for future reference. 10 out of 10 I would recommend! In my opinion, Michigan fireplace and barbecue gets a five star and here’s why I have been going to the shop for over 30 years starting back in 1982 as a perspective buyer and eventually a lifelong customer I have purchased two Tech grills from them. The first I lost in the separation and the second one I still have and just recently purchased parts to refurbish it after the new Mrs. continued to cook barbecue on a Tech grill, which is not good for it.
