Team arrived, introduced themselves to me, explained what they would be doing. They checked my monitor, took pictures, then proceeded to examine the panels. Explained the approximate timing of the takedown and reinstall phases of the job, and asked if I had any questions. Before they left I was told that they were ready for the takedown (1-day) whenever the general contractor is ready.

Justin and his helper showed up on time and we’re very friendly. They took all the panels off of my Solar equipment, checked out the wiring and alleviated my fears that there was something wrong by also calling the manufacturer and talking to one of their technicians . They will be who I call anytime. I have a problem with my solar system or anything else electrical in my house. I believe they do a lot of different things. I’m thinking about getting an EV so I’ll need to charge port.
