When installing solar panels, they identified a $6000 roof problem that was really much more extensive than they disclosed. Oh BTW they are also a roofing company! At that point we had no choice but to use them. The change order delineated what they were supposed to do-they did not do what it said. They also gave a 2 yr warranty but when shown the considerable roof leaks, claimed it was not where they repaired.
