I had such a great experience using Next Step Inspections! Phillip Brown was our inspector and he was awesome! He was on time, professional and thorough! As a realtor you need to have inspections scheduled, completed and back in a timely manor and Phillip did just that! I had the report back the same day (within 6 hours)!
