Dan did 3 inspections for me: pre-pour, pre-drywall and final inspections of my new construction home. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and on time. He identified critical issues that made my house much safer and better quality. I will definitely ask hm to do my 11-month inspection when the time comes. I highly recommend him!
