We made a service request through our home warranty for our garbage disposal. I had never had to use the warranty before and was worried. They assigned Next Level Plumbing and told me I would receive a call in the next day or so to schedule. I received a call that evening from Terrell. He asked if we would like him to just come out then and take care of our garbage disposal. He was prompt, showed up with the right tools, was very professional, and had it fixed within 20 minutes. I was expecting

Sub par install and tech was extremely unprofessional. He even went as far as leaving our house without letting us know with the city water turned off, then showed up almost 2 hours later without knocking and just barged back in. Not happy at all to get this report from my wife when I got home from work, do better guys.
