Trenton was awesome And knowledgeable. I just feel the pricing was high based on searching the parts and a quick ChatGPT/ Google search. Next time I think I would get a few quotes. Edited* I did just discover they also left a promotional yard sign in my yard. I was not aware this was being placed there and felt a bit frustrated based on the price we had paid for the service.

I made an appointment late the previous night. They were at my house by 8:45am the next day. They showed me everything that was wrong and bad with my water heater, explained the cost and were able to find, get, and install my water heater same day! Prices were a little high, but I'd rather pay a bit more to make sure the job is done right.
