I used Next Level Pergolas about 3 years ago. I paid them $14700 for my Pergola. I was told the Smoked Poly Carbonate roofing system had a 10 year warranty so I called them to replace one of the panels. I have now called, text, left messages for the last 2 weeks and they won't return my calls. This is not about the money, I can afford to buy another panel on my own but I was promised a 10 year warranty and now the company wont respond or acknowledge my warranty and treats me like I dont exis
