I rated these people very highly at first but now after my project was completed I can get ahold of no-one to help me with anything. I need a screen replaced and all I get is false promises of we are looking at the service schedule. If you can even get anyone on the phone, good luck. It’s like they do not exist and will not help.

Unprofessional, poorest customer service I have ever encountered. Took over 6 months from start of install to completion of the screen enclosure due to inaccurate measuring and ordering. Job was sold to us October 2025 finished March 2026. No follow up, no apologies and no communication. I had to reach out to Corporate for help. The salesman who sold us the job was the problem from the get-go from this location in OK city, I strongly recommend that you do your homework on OK City Patio Enclosure

In short, way over priced relative to quality of the enclosure/structure. When an unnamed employee (for obvious reasons) tells you that you got ripped off as far as the cost goes, that should tell you something. Call me and we’ll discuss. Better yet, stop by my house and I’ll personally show you what I’m talking about - IF you really want to know why I gave you only 1 star out of five.
