After Joe read my previous score, he immediately called my wife(POC) and apologized that he had inadvertently blocked my phone number (like many of us do with the high volume of spam calls). He immediately scheduled an appointment with us, arrived early and took care of the issue (a defective part and not a result of workmanship). We will continue to use Major League Plumbing and overwhelming recommend this business, from a workmanship and professionalism level.
